Aerobiology Research Laboratories offers a number of products and services that benefit laboratories of universities and other research and educational institutions.
Education
We offer reference slides and digital reference materials to aid in microscopic identification of pollen and spores.
We also offer training courses in aerobiology and pollen/spore identification. Standard courses we offer include an intensive training course offered at our laboratory, and a correspondence course. The curriculum of our courses can be customized according to your needs.
We can also provide talks and hands-on training off-site at your laboratory for small or large groups. Please contact us for more information.
Research
We manufacture and sell rotation impaction samplers, and can provide all of the supplies needed for their operation. In addition to providing samplers and supplies for sale, we can also provide equipment and supplies on a rental basis, on terms and scale customized to the needs of your projects. We often bundle equipment rentals with sample analysis services, providing a turn-key sampling solution.
We have been collecting and warehousing pollen and spore levels for 20 years, and we have historical data available for 30 population centres across Canada. We can provide raw and summary data to support research activities, and can consult on statistical methodology as well as research papers.
